Majority of the population do not recognize the importance of exercise for kids. Parents allow their children to watch hours of television unaware that they are contributing towards the degradation of health in the lives of their own child. Set up play dates where the parents can take their children to the park and allow them to run, walk, and clime and so on, such movement will keep the children physically active that will greatly benefit their health.

Parents should become creative and introduce their children to different types of activities that will keep their children interested, allowing them to develop their physical and mental capacities. Sitting in front of a TV or a computer might keep the child behaved or quite but it also makes them lazy and inactive causing health issues. So minimize the amount of television time and have children exercise and stay fit.
